It is time again to start planning for the 2010 Jefferson/Jackson Dinner. We will have our first meeting on Thursday March 18 starting at 5:30 and ending by 6:00. I promise it will be brief as I know that Karen V’s kickoff is also that night. We will be meeting weekly on Thursday’s (5:30-7:00 usual time) from March 18 through the event date June 12. I will be sending out our proposed timeline for activities and agenda for the meeting later this week. Please respond and let me know if you are willing to serve on this years committee and if you will be able to attend the meeting on the 18th. We will be meeting at the new TCD office.
