A message from Elizabeth Shepard, 1st Vice Chair
Dear Thurston County Democrat PCOs, Proxies, and Caretaker PCOs:
Thank you for volunteering your time to serve your precinct as the liaison between the voters and the Thurston County & Washington State Democrats parties. Your personal contact with voters puts a face on the party, and provides an opportunity for the voters to share their concerns with you, and for you to answer questions on issues, direct them to the appropriate elected official, register new voters, and help keep the voter files updated.
Forming a precinct committee to help you will share the load and help insure contact with as many voters as possible. If you need help getting started, please don’t hesitate to contact the PCO Support Team.

Not a PCO, Proxy or Caretaker PCO?
Please take a look at the Current List of PCOs. You will find the names of all the Democrats serving as PCOs in Thurston County. There is also a note by precinct if the PCO position is vacant. If your precinct has a vacancy, and your are interested in serving as the PCO, please print, complete and mail in the application or go to our online application form and submitt your application electronically. If your precinct does have a PCO and you would be interested in serving as the Proxy, or as a precinct committee member, please give your PCO a call.
