If your precinct has a vacancy, and your are interested in serving as the PCO, please print, complete and mail in the application or fill out the form below.

If your precinct already has a PCO and you would be interested in serving as the Proxy, or as a precinct committee member, please give your PCO a call. Proxy Application PCOs may appoint a Proxy to help them.
